About Best Man Home Service

Will Knepple is the Owner and Multi-Trade Craftsman behind Best Man Home Service.  He has more than 20 years in various trades both here in the Finger Lakes and in the Monroe County Region.  Will started out as his Father's apprentice laying Custom Tile Floors, Back Splashes, and Showers in the Keuka Lake area.  They also offered various interior and exterior Custom Carpentry and Construction Services.

Will moved to Monroe County to attend The College at Brockport SUNY, studying Environmental and Earth Science.  While attending, he worked as a flooring installer.  He then started working Property Maintenance at an Apartment Complex in Greece, NY.  He quickly was promoted to be the Maintenance Supervisor at another location owned within the Company.

Will then worked for a reputable Same Day Home Service Company which served Monroe, Ontario, Genesee and Orleans Counties.  He refined his skills as a Multi-Tradesman and gained a monumental amount of experience and knowledge.

Will and his wife Susan, recently bought a house in their hometown of Penn Yan, NY.  The move allowed them to be closer to family and friends while enjoying life in the beautiful Finger Lakes.  It also allowed them to introduce a long awaited exciting venture, Best Man Home Service!

Will prides himself with excellent customer service skills, a creative mind, and aims to surpass expectations with each project.  He completes projects in a timely manner without cutting corners.  He is an expert in home repairs and tailors every job to the specific needs of his customers.  Will looks forward to providing solutions for all of your home repairs and upgrades!
